You can purchase anything on the site using Chain Reaction gift vouchers. You can buy a gift voucher from here.
Choose the value of gift voucher and decide on whether the voucher is to be sent to your own email or a friend’s email. You will receive an order confirmation email and shortly after an email with the gift voucher code.
Gift vouchers must be exchanged for goods only, no cash alternative will be given.
To redeem your gift voucher, simply follow the steps outlined below:
1. Select the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your basket.
2. Proceed to your basket and click on the ‘I have a voucher or promotional code’ dropdown. Enter your voucher code and click ‘Add’ to apply the discount to your order*.
3. Proceed to Checkout as normal.
Any remaining balance will be available for you to use the next time you come back to shop.
*If your order does not meet the promotional Terms and Conditions, a message will appear. You may need to modify your order to redeem the discount.
We're sorry if you're having problems using your gift voucher. Please check that the voucher is still valid. There are two easy ways of doing this:
To do this make sure you are not signed into Your Account. Click on ‘Your Account’ at the top of any website page. When you scroll down you will see a section called ‘Gift Voucher Balance’. From here choose ‘Check out Your Gift Voucher Balance’. Insert your gift voucher code and click on ‘>CHECK BALANCE’. If your gift voucher has been used or is out of date you will receive the message ‘you do not have sufficient balance’. In-date and unused vouchers will let you know the amount your voucher is worth. If you continue to have any further issues please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
We offer many great discounts on the already great prices we have on our site, so if you'd like to use a promotion code with your order please ensure you remember to apply it when checking out.
When you open 'Your Basket' you will see the following screen:
To use the code you've been given for a promotional discount please click on the ‘Enter Promo Code/Gift Voucher’. Entre your promotion code and simply click on 'Add' and the discount will be applied to your order.
