The Coronavirus has impacted all of us, our customers, our colleagues and our business partners. We want to keep you updated with the changes we are making to ensure you can get the products you need to keep on riding. Whether that’s in your new indoor training corner, taking your children out for family exercise, or out on that solo run.

We are working hard with our delivery partners to minimise customer impact where possible. However, due to government restrictions and controls we are experiencing some delays in delivering to certain areas. For more information on areas affected please click here.

We are closely following Government advice and all Chain Reaction Cycles staff are working from home, where possible. We are minimising risks for our customers and colleagues by introducing new safety measures and ways of working in our warehouse. These measures adhere to Government guidance, and include increased hygiene measures, revised shift patterns and minimal team contact.
